1) What is your Shipping Policy ?
a) Shipment processing times :
Most of the Orders are processed within 2-5 business days before delivery to customers.
b) Shipping rates & delivery estimates :
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated in terms of the product's attributes, size, weight, destination country and shipping methods etc. and displayed at checkout.
c) Customs, Duties and Taxes :
Smartbuyingstore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
d) Shipping time :

2) My order has been dispatched, can I track it ?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your shipping status in www.17track.nett.
3) Can I change or cancel my order ?
Sure! You can cancel, or change your order within 3 hours of confirmation. Please contact us with your name and order number at: hello@smartbuyingstore.com. 3 hours after you place your order, we won’t be able to make any changes or cancel it.
4) What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept ALL major Credit Cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are securely processed with 128-bit encryption.
5) Can I return and exchange the product after receiving it ?
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your product to request a return and exchange. But we do not provide a return label for exchange unless the product is wrong or damaged upon arrival.
- Exceptions / Non-returnable Products : Monogrammed, personalized, special-order products, and products damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Damaged and Wrong Products : Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or wrong product. Photos or videos are needed to prove the damaged, defective or the wrong product.
- Exchange Products : The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. And once the return is accepted, we will arrange the exchange with you.
- Lost Products : Lost package (domestic US Only). If the package is lost in transit, we will reship another package. If the shipping status shows delivered on the courier website, we consider the package is shipped and delivered successfully and no reshipment will be processed.
